Online services

Online services and case management for government

We design, build and run the online services people use to deal with government, and the case management staff use behind them. Applications, payments and progress updates all happen online.

What we can do

Everything a service needs to work online

Service design

We map how a service works today and design it around the people who use it.

01
Online applications

Guided forms that check answers as people go, on any phone or computer.

02
Payments built in

Card and online payments with instant receipts, reconciled for finance teams.

03
Case management

Staff assign, review and decide cases in one place, with every step recorded.

04
Tracking and updates

People can see where their case is, and hear from you at each step.

05
Reporting

Live figures on demand, from applications received to cases closed.
